Every bay is inspected and maintained on a schedule, then set up on level ground. Trained assistants guide students on and off in small groups, protecting both their safety and your teaching time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the staging safe on grass and uneven ground?
Yes. The tri-podal base is designed for exactly that. It spreads the load and stays stable on soft lawns, gentle slopes and playing fields, which is where most whole-school photographs are taken.
How many students can stand on it?
The system is modular, so it is built to fit your group, from a single class to a full school. We agree the size and the layout with you before the visit.
What happens if the weather turns?
The structure is rated for changeable conditions, and our photographers make the final call on the day together with your staff, with student safety coming first.
Who supervises the students on the staging?
Our photographer brings dedicated assistants whose job is to move students on and off calmly and safely. Your staff stay involved, but they are never left to manage it alone.
How long does it take to set up?
The modern system is quick to assemble, and we arrive early so it is ready before the first group is called. The aim is to protect as much teaching time as possible.
