Our Subscription gives the families at your school one simple way to receive every photograph we take of their student through the year, traditional and candid, in high resolution and ready to treasure.
You agree the year's photography with us. We set a fair price and look after everything else, from sign up to delivery, so there is nothing for your office to administer.
Families choose the level of access that suits them, from a full year of digital downloads to a single favourite photograph. Every option keeps their memories safe with us for life.
Most families choose the Annual Memory Pass. Those who would rather not subscribe can simply buy the photographs they want, one at a time.
The Subscription
Priced Per School, Billed Annually
One yearly payment covers every photograph we take of a student across the whole school year, traditional and candid, in high resolution.
No subscription and no commitment. Families choose a favourite photograph or two and pay for those alone. Every image still stays safe in our archive, and they can move up to the Annual Memory Pass at any point in the school year.
Pay Per Photograph
Setting up takes one conversation. After that, families deal with us directly and your office is not involved.
We plan the traditional and candid sessions for the year with you, so everyone knows exactly what is included.
The yearly price is based on the photography agreed, then shared openly with families. Nothing is marked up through the school.
We give you a single sign up link for newsletters, the parent portal or new starter packs. That is the school's part done.
Families follow the link, choose the Annual Memory Pass or a single photograph, and pay us securely.
Each time we photograph their student, the new images appear in the family's account in high resolution, ready to download.
Their photographs stay with us for life, ready to revisit or turn into a framed or hand finished keepsake whenever they wish.
No. The school agrees the year's photography with us and shares the sign up link. Families pay for their own subscriptions, and we handle everything else.
It is based on the number of photography sessions agreed with your school. More sessions in the year mean more in the Pass, so the price reflects what is actually included.
They can still buy individual photographs one at a time, and upgrade to the Annual Memory Pass at any point in the school year.
Yes. Cancellation is on clear, pro rata terms, so a family only pays for the part of the year they have had.
If a family has more than one student at the school, the reduced rate is applied automatically at checkout. There is nothing to claim or ask for.
Every image appears in the family's secure account in high resolution soon after each session, ready to download. Nothing is sent home in a school bag.
For life. Every photograph stays in our archive, so families can download originals or order prints many years later.
Yes. Subscribing families have everything in their account, which means far less paper for your office to hand out and chase.
