Customer service is outstanding. I had a picture with a small detail to give them, and they found the original photo and helped me order the print and frame, keeping me updated on the order and delivery. When I realised it wouldn't arrive in time for my husband's birthday, they happily made it next-day delivery at no extra cost, so it arrived on the day. The quality and craftsmanship of a picture taken in 1992 is amazing, as though it were taken today. The calligraphy and framing are of a standard you would expect to cost a fortune, yet their prices are very affordable. Honestly the best service I have ever received.
