Imagebank is the dedicated home we build for your school's photography. Every portrait, group and event photograph gathered in one place, with online ordering built in, and designed, hosted and cared for by us.

Our Vintage Archives
We are four historic brands and four extraordinary archives. Two Victorian trailblazers, a twentieth century innovator, and a celebrated photographer and calligrapher, now brought together to preserve what each of them built.
Every one holds a proud place in the history of photography. Together we share a wealth of historic images and keep those memories safe for the generations to come, in the very best traditions of our founders.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the archive really free?
Yes. We build your school's archive, host it and maintain it at no cost, as part of our commitment to the lasting story of your school.
Who can see the photographs?
Access is limited to your school community. Parents, students and alumni can view and order. It is not open to the general public.
How do parents order?
Through a simple online shop on your archive site. They choose their photographs, pay securely, and the order is posted directly to the student's home.
Does the school have to handle any orders or questions?
No. We fulfil every order and answer every customer query ourselves, so your office is free to get on with other things.
Can we add our own photographs?
Yes. You can upload images from sports days, productions, trips and events. We optimise and store them alongside the photographs we have taken, at no charge.
What about our old archive images?
Send them to us and we will preserve them on your site for the future. We will also make available any photographs of your school from our own historic archive.
What are the Vintage Archives?
They are the shared historic collections of our four founding brands: Gillman & Soame, Hills & Saunders, Panora and John Bowerman. You can search all four from the box on this page.
